These service-specific terms may include cancellation policies, deposit requirements, payment schedules, vehicle requirements, overtime charges, and other reservation conditions. That agreement — not these Website Terms of Service — is the binding contract between you and Black Tie Transportation for any transportation services rendered.

  • A quote request submitted through this Site is a request for pricing information only. It does not guarantee vehicle availability, pricing, or service on your requested date.

  • No reservation is confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from our reservation team and all applicable booking requirements — including any required deposit or signed service agreement — have been fulfilled.

  • Vehicle availability is subject to scheduling and is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing by our reservation team.

  • Pricing provided in response to a quote request is an estimate only and is subject to change based on final trip details confirmed at time of booking.

  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation

  • Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information you submit through any form on the Site

  • Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of this Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Forsyth County, North Carolina. By using this Site, you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact Black Tie Transportation at reservations@blacktietransportation.net to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms — together with our Privacy Policy — constitute the entire agreement between you and Black Tie Transportation Inc. with respect to your use of this Site and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the subject matter herein.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
