Elfsight AI Chatbot — an interactive chat assistant on our Site. Any information you voluntarily enter into the chatbot may be processed by Elfsight and their underlying AI service providers in accordance with Elfsight's privacy policy. We recommend not entering sensitive personal information into chat tools.
Instagram — our Site links to Black Tie Transportation's Instagram profile. If you visit Instagram via our Site, Instagram's privacy policy applies to your activity on their platform.
Zapier — we may use or in the future use Zapier to integrate our contact forms with other business tools. If Zapier is active, form submission data may be transmitted through Zapier's platform in accordance with their privacy policy.
Microsoft 365 / Outlook — form submissions and client communications may be processed and stored through Microsoft 365, subject to Microsoft's privacy practices.
3. How We Use Your Information

To respond to quote requests and inquiries — we use your contact information and trip details to prepare a custom transportation quote and follow up with you by phone or email.
To process and coordinate reservations — once a booking is confirmed, we use your information to coordinate transportation logistics for your trip.This may include sharing necessary trip details with assigned chauffeurs, employees, or trusted transportation partners involved in fulfilling your reservation.
To communicate with you — we may contact you by phone or email to confirm reservations, provide updates, or respond to questions you have submitted.
SMS Communications — If you provide a mobile phone number, you may receive text messages from Black Tie Transportation related to your inquiry, quote request, reservation, scheduling updates, or customer service communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of non-essential text communications by replying STOP.
To process employment applications — information submitted through our careers application form is used solely for hiring evaluation purposes.
To improve our Site and services — we use analytics data to understand how visitors use our Site, identify areas for improvement, and optimize our content and user experience.
To comply with legal obligations — we may retain certain records as required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
For future advertising purposes — we may in the future use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Ads or Meta Ads to display advertisements to visitors of our Site. Information submitted through our forms may be processed and stored through Squarespace and delivered to designated Black Tie Transportation email accounts for review and response. Our reservations and hiring teams manage ongoing communications through Microsoft 365 / Outlook.
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected — including responding to your inquiry, coordinating your reservation, or evaluating your employment application — and as required by applicable law.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
